Description:

Induced gas flotation uses the ejector. When water is ejected from the ejector at a high speed, the suction chamber of the ejector forms a negative pressure, and the gas is sucked into the chamber. When the gas-water mixture passes through the mixing section, the gas carried by the water is sheared into fine bubbles, and the bubbles rise in the flotation chamber and attach to the oil beads and suspended solid particles, which are carried to the liquid level to form scum, so as to achieve the purpose of removing oil and suspended solid particles in sewage. The gas flotation method uses hydraulic air entrainment and spitting to form a large number of bubbles with small particle size and uniformity.

Advantages:

1. Capacity:10-800m³/h;

2. Ideal bubbles are formed by specially designed fluidizer. The bubble diameter is small, the flotation effect is good, and the oil separation efficiency is greater than 80-90%;

3. Multistage separation cabin design, short residence time, high oil removal efficiency;

There are no running parts inside the equipment, so the maintenance cost is low;

5. It is flexible in operation and can be designed in various ways of atmospheric pressure and micro pressure gas seal.

Scope of Application:

1. Treatment of produced water from onshore and offshore oil fields;

2. Petroleum refining, petrochemical wastewater treatment, ships, ports and wharves, oil depots and other industrial oily sewage treatment;

3. Textile, electric power, papermaking, printing and dyeing, mine wastewater treatment;

4. Wastewater treatment of aircraft manufacturing, locomotive depot and maintenance plant;

5. Wastewater treatment in food processing, animal slaughtering, fishery processing, leather manufacturing and other industries.
