Description:

High efficiency coalescing inclined plate degreaser is an oil-water separation equipment developed by the company based on the principle of coarsening and shallow pool theory. Its core is to increase the coarse-grained section before the equipment separation section, and use the large specific surface area of the filler and the different adsorption capacity of oil droplets and water droplets to increase the collision probability of oil droplets in the waste water and increase the particle size of oil droplets, so as to improve the oil removal efficiency of the equipment. The second is to adopt the inclined plate submerged pool theory in the separation section to shorten the residence time of sewage in the equipment and reduce the size of the separation section.

Advantages:

1. The separation zone can adopt various forms such as corrugated plate (CPI), inclined plate (TPI);

2. The separation efficiency is high. It is used to separate the floating oil and dispersed oil about 40μm, and the separation efficiency can reach 80-90%;

3. Strong adaptability to water fluctuation and impact;

4. Pressure type airtight operation can be adopted, which is stable, safe and reliable without oxygen exposure point;

5. It is convenient to collect oil and discharge sludge, and a flushing device is set at the bottom to effectively prevent equipment blockage;

6. The equipment has compact structure and small size.

Scope of Application:

1. Treatment of oilfield wastewater, petroleum refining, petrochemical industry and oily wastewater.

2. It is especially suitable for non emulsified oily wastewater whose specific gravity difference between oil and water is less than (0.05-0.2) g/cm3 which is difficult to be treated by other equipment。
