Ship-to dock safety units

The Ship-to dock safety unit is a device set between the oil and gas collection device and the oil and gas transmission device to protect the safety of ships, wharfs and oil and gas recovery devices. Its front end (inlet end) is connected to the gas transmission arm or hose, and its end (outlet end) is connected to the gas transmission pipe network.

All pipelines and equipment in the complete set of equipment must be sealed under pressure.

Oil and gas characteristics: the balance gas comes from the balance return gas during the operation of the loading arm of the riverside wharf.

The ship-to dock safety unit shall be equipped with the following functions:

1) Pressure detection, alarm and control;

2) Overpressure protection facilities;

3) Interlocking cut-off facilities;

4) Anti deflagration and detonation facilities;

5) Online oxygen content detection and alarm facilities.

The complete set of equipment provided by Jiangsu Golden Gate Energy & Equipment Co., Ltd. is reasonably arranged for skid production, and the inlet and outlet of the skid shall take the flange surface as the butt end face and equipped with PLC respectively, which has the communication function with the device DCS.

In addition to the above, the device also has the following characteristics:

1) Flexible disassembly and convenient maintenance;

2) Small floor area and convenient operation and maintenance;

3) Adopt high temperature resistant sealing ring, and all sealing performance will not fail in case of fire.
