Description:

Two to four layers of horizontal grid electrode plates are arranged in the electric desalting vessel of AC desalting equipment along the axis direction. One layer of horizontally arranged grid electrode plates is charged, and the other layer is grounded to form an electric field. Adjusting the distance between the charged plate and the grounding plate can form a weak electric field, a medium electric field and a strong electric field. The strong electric field area in the AC electric desalting tank is taken near the center line of the electric desalting vessel to obtain a larger horizontal cross-sectional area. The full impedance electric desalting transformer installed on the top platform of the electric desalting vessel introduces the high-voltage electricity to the charged plates of each layer through the high-voltage electricity flexible introducing equipment. The crude oil emulsion injected with demulsifier and washing water flows out of the oil inlet distributor at the bottom of the electric desalting vessel and passes through the AC weak electric field, medium electric field and strong electric field in layers. Under the action of electric field force, water droplets gather into large water droplets. Due to the difference in the specific gravity of oil and water, the water droplets settle at the bottom of the vessel, and the purified oil floats to the top of the electric desalting vessel, which is led out of the electric desalting vessel from the crude oil manifold.
