The pulse power supply developed by Jiangsu Golden Gate Energy & Equipment Co., Ltd. is a pulse modulation power supply based on Siemens PLC, SCR trigger and MTC module. Its technical principle is single-phase, 380V AC input, through MTC module voltage regulation, transformer voltage rise, secondary rectification - input electric desalting electrode.

In order to meet the special process and safe operation requirements of the electric desalting system, the pulse power supply is designed with an intelligent control system, which constantly monitors the voltage and current of the electric field, and controls and protects it according to the situation.

Short circuit protection: when the system finds that the electric field current is too large, which will exceed the system setting or rated current, the CPU instructs the MTC module to reduce the voltage until the power supply is stopped.

Automatic recovery: after the short-circuit state is eliminated, the system is automatically restored to the set voltage.

Constant voltage operation: in the actual production of electric desalting / dehydrator, oil products and operating conditions often change, so the conductivity of processed oil products often changes. Under the set voltage, as long as the operating current does not exceed the rated capacity of the pulse transformer, the system will maintain the operating voltage and realize constant voltage operation.

Constant current mode: in the actual production of electric desalting / dehydrator, oil products and operating conditions often change, that is, the conductivity of processed oil products often changes. Under the set current, the system will operate according to the set current value, and the voltage will be automatically adjusted according to the current.

Remote control: all operating parameters can be set and monitored in the electric control room. DCS can also be implemented in the central control room.
