The first batch of qualified crude oil in the Kangtan area of China Petroleum Tuha Oilfield has been successfully handed over

Our company has signed a qualified oil treatment service contract for the Kangtan section of the Zhundong Oil Production Management Zone in 2025 with Tuha Oilfield Branch of PetroChina Company Limited. This cooperation innovatively adopts the Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) model. Our company will be fully responsible for the entire process of crude oil dehydration services. We will not only provide core equipment such as skid-mounted high-frequency pulse dehydration units and chemical injection skids, as well as a complete set of equipment, instruments and chemicals required for crude oil water content testing, but also undertake the full-cycle operation and maintenance of three-phase separators, chemical injection devices and high-frequency pulse electric dehydration units. At the same time, we will provide professional crude oil water content testing services, establishing an integrated service system covering equipment supply, operation and maintenance support, quality inspection and crude oil handover.

After the contract was signed, our company responded promptly and immediately formed a professional team to engage in the design and production of high-frequency pulse electric dehydration units. Facing the tight schedule requirements, the project team overcame difficulties and worked day and night to ship the equipment to the project site on time. Despite the challenges posed by extreme weather conditions such as severe cold and sudden snowstorms, our company's engineering and technical personnel closely cooperated with the production department of the owner. We scientifically formulated the construction plan and efficiently organized the equipment installation and system commissioning work. On December 7th, the production operation responsible person of the Zhundong Oil Production Management Zone and our company's on-site team jointly launched the commissioning work at the Kangtan Dehydration Station. With superb technology and strict process control, the project achieved a one-time successful commissioning. After multiple rounds of stringent tests on the outlet oil samples at the site, all indicators met the crude oil handover standards. The project was successfully commissioned on schedule and produced qualified oil products, winning high praise and full recognition from the owner.

The smooth commissioning of the Kangtan Temporary Oil Gathering Station not only marks a key breakthrough in the successful centralized treatment of single-well liquid production and the production of qualified oil products in the new Kangtan area, but also means that the crude oil production and treatment technology in this area has reached a new level.
