In order to effectively carry out heatstroke prevention and cooling work for frontline workshop workers under high temperature weather, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and promote safety production, starting from August 1st, the labor union of Jiangsu Golden Gate Energy & Equipment Co., Ltd. officially launched the "Summer Health Three Deliveries" activity for frontline production workers in 2024.

The leaders of the company's labor union have organized the administrative department and the company's staff canteen to deliver daily heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies such as mineral water, mung bean soup, barley tea, and heatstroke prevention drugs to frontline workers at their workstations. In response to the recent high temperature, it is not suitable to carry out production operations at noon and afternoon, otherwise it will seriously affect the health of employees. The company's labor union has contacted the production department to communicate with the production workers and adopted a flexible working mode. They start working from 5:00am to 12:00noon, and do not work in the afternoon to staggered production during high temperature weather. At the same time, at 8:00am, the staff canteen will be arranged to deliver healthy breakfast to the workers' workstations, which not only ensures that the production progress is not affected, but also ensures the physical health of frontline workers. And urge the production workshop to implement various labor protection measures for high-temperature weather operations, reminding everyone to pay attention to their own health condition at all times while doing their job well, and to take timely rest and seek medical treatment if they feel uncomfortable.
