THE EQUIPMENT OF IRAQ BLOCK 9 CPF-OIL PROJECT SUPPLIED BY OUR COMPANY HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PUT INTO OPERATION

Recently, with the shipment of the last batch of HP gas scrubbers and coalescer skids, our company has completed and delivered all the equipment of  Iraq Block 9 CPF-oil project of CAMCE.

At present, the site installation of the entire project has been completed, and the torch has been successfully ignited. The Block 9 CPF-oil project of CAMCE has reached a critical milestone - achieving a successful full process production in one go, which is 3 days ahead of the originally challenging construction period and sets a new record for the shortest construction period of similar projects in Iraq.

The Block 9 CPF-oil project fully adopts international standards, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning services, aiming to create a crude oil processing system with a daily output of 100,000 barrels and its auxiliary systems. As the largest oil and gas engineering project currently under construction in Iraq, its operation will greatly optimize the crude oil processing process, significantly increase production, and help the Block 9 oil field achieve its strategic growth target of 100,000 barrels per day.

Our company, as the equipment supplier for Block 9 CPF-oil project of Iraq, has successively supplied two three-phase separators, one slug catcher, and one stabilizer in Column A; two three-phase separators and one stabilizer in column B; methanol injection package and anti-foam agent injection package for crude oil treatment process package; scrubber skid, coalescer skid, incinerator skid and other equipment of the natural gas processing process package to the contractor, China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. 

This project has a tight delivery schedule and high standard requirements. The entire production process is inspected in real-time by SGS, a third-party inspection representative of CAMCE, and TUV, the representative of owner KEBL. The company has been working hard, actively cooperating with the buyer's requirements in the submission of design documents, procurement of raw materials, production and process inspection, project FAT, and packaging and shipping. The project has been completed on time and with high quality, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project and gaining the buyer's recognition.

Specifically, the company successfully assisted CAMCE in building a world-class engineering project, which not only reflects the company's strategic goals, but also demonstrates the collaborative advantages between the company and the owner. Since the project started in February 2023, our company has made unremitting efforts for over a year and left a significant mark in the field of surface engineering for oil fields in Iraq and even the Middle East. These achievements have won high praise and appreciation from the contracting party, CAMCE and KEBL.

Looking ahead to the future, we company will continue to actively adjust the layout structure of domestic and foreign markets, adhere to market-oriented and user centered approaches, increase the layout of new industrial products in China and the development of overseas industrial markets, coordinate the promotion of landmark projects and "small but refined" specific projects, increase the layout of digital and intelligent upgrading of traditional industries and green and low-carbon strategic emerging industries, cultivate new market growth points, and achieve high-quality development to a new level.
